What is kept, and why
| A record that a deletion was requested | Kept so we can show the request was honoured if we are ever asked. It holds no bio-data — only the date and the profile reference. |

| Anything we must keep by law | If a payment was made to the bureau, Indian tax rules require the receipt to be retained. That record is not part of your profile and is never shown to anyone. |
