Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how to report a concern, and who answers.
Our position
SR Marriage Bureau arranges marriages between consenting adults. We have zero tolerance for any use of our website or app to sexually exploit or abuse anyone — child or adult. Child sexual abuse and exploitation is abhorrent, illegal, and is reported to the authorities without exception.

What is prohibited
- Any sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material
- Any content that sexualises a minor in any way
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form
- A profile created for, or on behalf of, anyone under 21
- Grooming, solicitation, or pressuring anyone into contact they have not freely agreed to
- Trafficking, forced marriage, or marriage arranged without the person's free consent
- Sharing anyone's photographs or contact details for sexual purposes
How we prevent it
| Age restriction | The app is rated 18+ and asks every user to confirm their age before anything is shown. Registration requires a date of birth and rejects anyone under 21. |

| Human review | Every profile is reviewed by the bureau before it is listed. Nothing appears publicly without approval. |
| No private messaging | There is no chat in the app. Introductions are made by the bureau after both families agree, which removes the private channel grooming depends on. |
| Contact details withheld | Phone numbers and addresses are never shown on a profile. |
| Reporting and blocking | Every profile carries Report and Block. Reports are logged to a moderation queue the bureau works through. |
How to report a concern
- In the app — tap Report this profile on any profile and choose "Involves a child, or sexualises a minor". These are triaged first.

What happens next
Reports involving a child are treated as urgent and reviewed within 24 hours. A profile that breaches these standards is removed immediately and permanently, no fee is refunded, and the person who registered it is refused further listings. Where a child is involved or a crime is suspected, we report it to the police. CSAM is reported to the authorities without exception.
